Comfortable beds, but noisy nights

The beds were undeniably comfortable, providing me with the much-needed rest after long days of travel. The gym was well-equipped for morning workouts.

Sadly, the noise levels were unbearable. I had requested a quiet room but found myself beside a bustling dining area and an elevator, making it hard to sleep.

I loved that my stay was right at the start of Whitefield, making it super easy to explore nearby parks like Chinnappanahalli Lake Park just 4.5 km away, and there was a great mall connected to the hotel for convenient shopping and dining options, which made my mornings so much easier.

Staff was friendly and courteous.

Upon arrival, we felt neglected as no one assisted us with our luggage despite visibly waiting. The room we were given initially was changed last minute, which was quite frustrating and damaging to our overall impression. Additionally, the noise level from the dining area made it hard for us to relax, completely ruining our stay.

This place had an impressive gym and a gorgeous pool to unwind. The kids loved the play area too, and we enjoyed the easy access to a shopping mall right downstairs.

It was just a reliable pick for a weekend excursion in Bangalore with good value for cost. The staff was very helpful and treated requests with high priority, making the stay more comfortable. Try to request a room away from the noisy street to ensure a peaceful night's sleep.

The staff were accommodating and always greeted me with a smile, especially at breakfast, they anticipated my needs perfectly. What stood out was how they knew me by name after just a couple of days, it felt like family.

The studio was spacious, with a stunning view of the Ozone community. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast buffet, which had an excellent spread, especially the South Indian offerings. During my stay, the staff’s efficiency at the front desk stood out, ensuring a smooth check-in process.

However, there were some cleanliness issues in the bathroom that need attention.

I loved my time here, especially enjoying the relaxing pool area and taking a nice dip after a long day. The hotel had a great gym and a cozy lounge to unwind in as well. The only downside was that the room could use a little more soundproofing, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all. 😊
